This is a 60 minute one to one consultation for capable women who are used to holding everything together, yet find themselves feeling exhausted or overwhelmed. Through the lens of The Physiology of Self Leadership™, we go beyond tiredness and to do lists, into the nervous system, emotional load, physiological patterns, and the deeper reasons energy becomes depleted. You leave with a root cause assessment, a clear set of priorities, and a written plan within 48 hours.
